Terms and Conditions

 The Services shall be performed in accordance with the contract terms, specifications, and any applicable regulations and standards. 

Wolverton shall comply with all federal laws, regulations, and executive orders applicable to the Services, including but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and any specific requirements outlined in the contract.

Wolverton shall maintain the necessary certifications, licenses, and qualifications required to perform the Services.
